Creedy Court

Creedy Court has Eastleigh, Westleigh and two supported residential flats in the grounds. It is registered for eighteen individuals.

There is a large court yard and back garden that gives the feeling of space while offering a safe and secure environment.

It includes a day service purely for the individuals that reside at Creedy Court, Burridge Farm and Kite House.

The day service includes a range of activities such as Art, Aromatherapy, Baking, Drama, Music, Pottery and Tai Chi.

Burridge Farm

Burridge Farm is a 9 acre farm with conservation area, orchard and barns with farm house which is registered for five individuals.

There is a detached annex which has the flexibility of being a space for either an individual with high needs and high staffing levels or for an individual taking the step to supported living.

Burridge is the base for the horticultural day service which individuals from all three of the homes can access as well as activities such as Art, Aromatherapy, Baking, Drama and Music.

Kite House

Kite House is a bespoke built residential care home which opened in 2017.

It is registered for six individuals. It is situated on the same site as Burridge Farm.

All the individuals that reside at Kite House will have access to all the day services that Burridge Farm & Creedy Court offer.

With all our homes, we ensure that the individuals residing with us have access to the community and the local external day services in and around the area such as Artmakers, Lindfields, Turning Tides and The Rowell Centre.
